Jul 1 (Wed) Grand Tetons - Aerial tram, Chuck Wagon Dinner

The kids have been so good about the long drives we decided to take it relatively easy today.  We drove Mom down to Teton Village (two blocks down hill) while most of the group walked.  We then got tickets on the Aerial Tram that took us to the top of the mountain.  Great Views.

We could see Jackson in the distance.

And of course there were flowers to be photographed.

We had lunch at the house…mainly left-overs from a couple of nights ago and some sandwiches.  Then it was lazing around the house.
For dinner we drove into Jackson to the Bar-T-5 for a covered wagon ride (complete with Indians),

barbeque dinner, and show.  The band included two guitars, a base and a fiddle player.  They all were outstanding musicians and very good singers.

The staff was so very helpful with Mom and even filled a plate for her and Mary and brought it over to the tables so they wouldn’t have to go through the line.
